VEHICLE BOOKING REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY

Tempo Traveller Services | Taxi Services | Bus Booking Services
 

1. Booking Confirmation
• All vehicle bookings are confirmed only after receipt of the advance payment.
• Vehicle allocation is subject to availability at the time of confirmation.
 

2. Cancellation & Refund Policy
 

A. Cancellation More Than 30 Days Before Journey/Duty
• 90% of the advance amount will be refunded.
• 10% will be deducted towards booking and processing charges.

B. Cancellation of More Than 15 Days Before Journey/Duty
• 50% of the advance amount will be refunded.
• 50% will be deducted towards booking and processing charges.

C. Cancellation More Than 14 Days Before Journey/Duty
• No refund will be applicable.
 

D. Cancellation Between 24 to 48 Hours Before Journey/Duty
• No refund will be applicable.
 

E. Cancellation Within 24 Hours Before Journey/Duty
• No refund will be applicable.
 

F. Same Day Cancellation / No Show
• No refund shall be provided in case of same-day cancellation or no-show.
 

3. Refund Processing
• Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 working days.
• Refunds will be made via the original payment method or bank transfer.
 

4. Operator Cancellation / Vehicle Breakdown
• In case of technical issues or unavoidable circumstances, an alternate vehicle will be arranged whenever possible.
• If service cannot be provided, the customer will receive a full refund of the advance amount.
 

5. Trip Modification
• Changes in trip schedule, reporting time, route, or destination may result in additional charges.
• Any extension beyond the agreed booking duration will be charged extra.
 

6. Early Trip Completion
• No refund will be provided if the customer ends the trip earlier than scheduled.
 

7. Extra Charges (If Applicable)
• Extra Kilometers
• Extra Hours
• Toll Tax
• Parking Charges
• State Tax / Permit
• Driver Allowance / Night Charges
 

8. Force Majeure
No refund or compensation shall be applicable for delays, cancellations, or interruptions caused by:
• Natural disasters
• Road blockage
• Political disturbances
• Government restrictions
• Extreme weather conditions
• Accidents or unforeseen circumstances

वाहन बुकिंग रिफंड एवं कैंसलेशन नीति

1. बुकिंग पुष्टि

• सभी वाहन बुकिंग अग्रिम भुगतान प्राप्त होने के बाद ही पुष्टि की जाएगी।
• वाहन उपलब्धता के अनुसार ही बुकिंग स्वीकार की जाएगी।

2. कैंसलेशन एवं रिफंड नीति

A. यात्रा/ड्यूटी से 30 दिन पहले कैंसलेशन

• अग्रिम राशि का 90% वापस किया जाएगा।
• 10% राशि बुकिंग एवं प्रोसेसिंग शुल्क के रूप में काटी जाएगी।

B. यात्रा/ड्यूटी से 15 दिन पहले कैंसलेशन

• अग्रिम राशि का 50% वापस किया जाएगा।
• 50% राशि बुकिंग एवं प्रोसेसिंग शुल्क के रूप में काटी जाएगी।

C. यात्रा/ड्यूटी से 14 दिन के भीतर कैंसलेशन

• कोई रिफंड लागू नहीं होगा।

D. यात्रा/ड्यूटी से 24 से 48 घंटे पहले कैंसलेशन

• कोई रिफंड लागू नहीं होगा।

E. यात्रा/ड्यूटी से 24 घंटे के भीतर कैंसलेशन

• कोई रिफंड लागू नहीं होगा।

F. उसी दिन कैंसलेशन / नो-शो

• उसी दिन कैंसलेशन या ग्राहक के उपस्थित न होने की स्थिति में कोई रिफंड नहीं दिया जाएगा।

3. रिफंड प्रक्रिया

• स्वीकृत रिफंड 5–7 कार्य दिवसों के भीतर प्रोसेस किया जाएगा।
• रिफंड मूल भुगतान माध्यम या बैंक ट्रांसफर द्वारा किया जाएगा।

4. ऑपरेटर द्वारा कैंसलेशन / वाहन खराबी

• तकनीकी खराबी या अन्य अपरिहार्य परिस्थितियों में वैकल्पिक वाहन उपलब्ध कराने का प्रयास किया जाएगा।
• यदि सेवा उपलब्ध नहीं कराई जा सके, तो ग्राहक को पूरी अग्रिम राशि वापस कर दी जाएगी।

5. यात्रा में बदलाव

• यात्रा समय, रूट, गंतव्य या रिपोर्टिंग समय में बदलाव पर अतिरिक्त शुल्क लागू हो सकता है।
• निर्धारित समय से अधिक उपयोग पर अतिरिक्त शुल्क लिया जाएगा।

6. यात्रा जल्दी समाप्त करना

• यदि ग्राहक यात्रा निर्धारित समय से पहले समाप्त करता है, तो कोई रिफंड नहीं दिया जाएगा।

7. अतिरिक्त शुल्क (यदि लागू हो)

• अतिरिक्त किलोमीटर
• अतिरिक्त घंटे
• टोल टैक्स
• पार्किंग शुल्क
• स्टेट टैक्स / परमिट
• ड्राइवर भत्ता / नाइट चार्ज

8. फोर्स मेज्योर

निम्न परिस्थितियों में देरी, कैंसलेशन या बाधा होने पर कोई रिफंड या मुआवजा लागू नहीं होगा:

• प्राकृतिक आपदा
• सड़क जाम / रोड ब्लॉकेज
• राजनीतिक अशांति
• सरकारी प्रतिबंध
• खराब मौसम
• दुर्घटना या अन्य अप्रत्याशित परिस्थितियाँ
