Cancellation Policy

1. Free Cancellation
Cancellations made 6 or more hours before the scheduled pickup time are free of charge.
2. Late Cancellation
Cancellations made within 6 hours of pickup will incur a 25% cancellation fee on the total trip amount.
3. Same-Day Bookings
For same-day bookings, cancellations must be made at least 2 hours before pickup to avoid the 25% fee.
4. No-Show
If the passenger is not available at pickup within 30 minutes of scheduled time and cannot be reached, the trip is treated as a no-show and 100% of the fare is chargeable.
5. How to Cancel
You can cancel your booking by calling +91 94257 12055 or messaging on WhatsApp with your booking ID and mobile number.
